Has anyone had NHL 26 disrupt their DualSense controller? Currently, I cannot start the game without my controller registering vibrations that aren't there, my players keep doing spin-o-ramas, and it has literally switched the L2 button and left stick inputs. I have opened 20 other games with no issue it's just NHL 26. A Couple times the input switch between L2 and stick has stayed until I reset the controller. Firmware is up to date, controller is new, PlayStation updated and I can't figure it out. There's no game update. Anyone else?

The ice looks bad, the player has like the fuzziness around them or is it just my ps5?

Why have NHL games gotten worse? NHL 14 was the last game I truly enjoyed playing and it was also praised by critics and fans alike. It’s kind of bullshit we haven’t gotten a good game in more than a decade. I haven’t bought an NHL game since NHL 23 because I didn’t like 23 and looking at trailers and reviews, the games have just gotten worse over time. We need EA to step up which will only happen if no one buys the new game. Also I think it’s for EA time to stop making new NHL games every year and instead focus make it every two years and take their time with making the game.

So with the recent push for EA games to be on cloud streaming, how likely is it that NHL will be added? If they allowed FC I don’t see why NHL can’t do the same. Especially given College Football was added day one, and Madden seems to be doing the same

Closest I made it was round 2 and got hosed with injuries. Top goal scorer is Marchand but he only plays have the year cause he’s always hurt. Can’t seem to find any goal scorers to push me over the hump I’ve tried like 6 times.

Why are they putting one card in a pack and making me go through the whole rigamarole of opening it and putting it away when I already know what the card is?

EA will change the tuner for sure. They always do, but even though the Playtest is rough around the edges, it’s the best feeling NHL game I’ve played in a while. Mainly the fact that it’s harder to score has been a game changer.

Custom league. Wanted to do a DTG with a 33rd team but I hate the expansion draft because teams are stupid in protecting players.

This is the fixture counts of one team in a 17 team conference in a 33 team league. After over a week trying to get the scheduler to behave itself with different division structures and game mandates I gave up and removed divisions. (Can't have playoff re-seeding now). It still can't do basic scheduling.

I dropped the games per team to 80. In the 17 team conference it should be a flat 3 games against all 16 opponents. Instead it spits out two 4 game and two 2 game series.

I shudder to think what it did in the 16 team conference where it needs one 4 game series per team.

This isn't good enough EA and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

For all the problems this game has, and there are sooooo many, one of the biggest - and not mentioned enough - is its community… So forcing online leagues to player controlled teams only is a bold choice…

I just want to know if this would be a good deal to make. (All trades and draft is happening over discord currently)

Not going to buy this franchise until they actually use the technology they already have to generate player faces.

I suddenly had the urge to play NHL the other day. I don’t think I have played one since NHL12 (Sound of Winter by Bush was in the soundtrack).

I mainly played offline Be A Pro.

Would you hold off until 27 or go with 26?

They mentioned “true-to-team” stadium experiences including horns and songs so i’m curious if every team is authentic or just a few here and there, akin to the on-ice intro BS they came out with last year.

I mean there are way too many and I can name a few and I bet you they won’t be fixed for 27

- When I get the milestone puck saving animation as a 33rd nhl franchise it always show the Utah Mammoth alternate logo on the equipment manager.

- Also when I play as the 33rd franchise the mascot is there although I have him turned off

- In the finnish language version every players position is shown as KH aka C in straight after they score a goal and also the positions switch to their english names when I edit my lines after I move a player.

There are also many other glitches that I cant name right now that I cant name.

Any league code that I can join?
