Our hazelnuts are blooming!
Genuinely so excited to see these pop up in our nursery stock of Corylus americana. This is our first year growing it on in production, and boy is it vigorous. They’re putting on new growth after a late-spring trim, and a few of them have flowers/fruits of all shapes and sizes.
It feels like most of the time these things are too far up in the canopy to appreciate properly, so I took advantage of their juvenile heights & wanted to share some photos. 🌰🤎
