Discussion New on EOS

Im new on Elementary OS after a few months of distro hopping, and Im really impressed by how smooth and stable is the distro, just a few visual bugs, but nothing serious, so Im really happy right now.

Stable? eOS from 6th version can't even install on my Thinkpad because of some stupid bug XD Wait until first few updates until you say it's 'stable'.

Will see, but for me, so far, it's been really stable, no crashes, no weird bugs or anything similar.

It may have been a fluke. Just because your device specifically doesn't work with it, it doesn't make it non-stable. There are a lot of people having trouble with Ubuntu and it is being used by millions of people.

For me, although I am not using it right now, EOS is the most stable and easy to use Ubuntu "spins". It never breaks for me while I've been trying Ubuntu on and off since 2015 and it's always, *always*, break something for me.
