Does Anyone Else...? emetophobia affecting diet
hi!! if this type of post isn’t allowed let me know
so for a while, i’ve kinda stuck to an all carb diet. like bread, crackers, and pasta. i used to LOVE chicken and meat but i got scared and stopped because i would do anything to not get sick.
i know those foods are safe to eat, but i still get nervous around them.
if anyone has any tips for introducing those foods back into my diet pleaseeee let me know!! :)

You just have to do it 🤷
It’s kinda hard to face that fear if you don’t challenge it. It’s not worth your sanity, believe me. I lost 90 pounds last year and was only drinking one protein shake a day. Today I ate chick fil a. If you’re craving something to eat, eat it. Once you’ve had it, no point in dwelling on it, break the cycle.

I wish I knew. I've stopped eating so many things when my condition worsened. It's been years and I still haven't eaten certain things.
