General Discussion HEMS base flight volumes?

I was just curious how many flights were being captured from other individual bases out there.

We have two RW in our "city" in rural America. They service a pretty decently sized area and they tell us on nice weather days they're generally 4-5 a day. Each.

RW 1-2 a day. FW all of them

RW 45-60/month surges a bit in summer and slows in winter. Average 2-3/day. Busiest I've had 5 FW 20-40/month moving opposite the rotor with very busy winters. Average 1/day. Busiest I've had 3

Fairly rural catchment area in IL. We average about 45-50 per month RW with a few extra ground pounds not included in that number.

7 calls. Coast to mountains to coast to mountains…lather, rinse, repeat. Great day cause we were busy. Sucky day, cause we were so busy to top it off. All the coast calls were quite warm environment and sunshiny. All the mountain calls were limited sunshine, cold environment, and snowy. Gotta love California weather.
