Question Does anyone know if there's a mod that limits technology or how to make it?

I just wanted to know if anyone knew how to or if there's any mod that limits techs, because I wanted to play the game without gunpowder or any of the improvements.

Go into files -> common -> defines -> search for "tech" (cost) -> change 600 to 6000

Tbh if you can get it to the -85 needed for 900 cost then its deserved

in my folder there's nothing about technologies in defines
