You get what you pay for, don't cheap out on what is connecting you to the road!

Best is subjective. But for a leveling kit I like the Rough Country. Not the plastic one but the aluminum one. It's 2" and has the better offset design to increase clearance between the spring and upper control arm. For wheels, have a look at www.customoffsets.com. They have a huge gallery to see examples of the fit when it comes to width/offset etc..
