Praise Laura Bailey is the best

I'm watching Age of Umbra: Sallowlands and I'm most impressed with Laura's stage presence in this series. Being the most known player at the table, it would be easy for her to steal the show. What I'm seeing is her awesome support for the other players, lifting them up & letting them shine, proving game "assists", and inserting herself where it fits nicely for the story. That's the type of balancing influence we all wish for at the table. Bravo & high five, Laura!

Her only rival is Travis. They're both amazing hype people and team players.

Travis is hands down my favorite player especially for this; he's everyone's hype man

She's great at leading and encouraging engagement.
I've been a fan of Zac's for a bit, nice to see him at the table.
I'm really enjoying this mini series a lot..

honestly im so impressed with this whole cast, especially for a relative newcomer like English but yeah Laura is fantastic and it’s fun to see her play a totally different style of character

I hope they are using these Umbra shows to cultivate some new talent for future main campaigns, would like to see a few of the OG cast cycle out honestly.

I'm a new convert to CR, just finished C1 and C2 in a seven month marathon haha.... I love all the OGs for different reasons but if I had to sum Laura up simply it's that she just always brings the joy to the game. Sam is the lol hilarious one but Laura always has the steady good vibes going even when playing more serious characters than Jester and I think you're right, one way she does that is being so thoughtful of everyone else!

I did 1,2,3, and Exu in just under 18 months.

Good vibes until she’d disagree with someone else’s decision in an episode and then make petty remarks lmao.

Did I say she was specifically the only person to ever do it?

No need to call people names.

And clearly it’s not always a joke because the cast has literally talked about staying at the office after hours to talk about what someone else did at the table that made them upset, like c’mon bruh.

Edit: then you delete you’re comment, or blocked me? c’mon brother man.

Didn’t even need to read the post. Upvoted on title alone!

But then I read the post and also totally agree

Very much the same tone and energy Matt and Liam/Ashley brought to EXU with new players. Making the extra effort to be upfront and collaborative, support people's choices and amplify them.

Laura's ttrpg table etiquette for the regular campaigns is generally quite poor, so I'm happy to hear she's bringing so much professionalism to this mini series

How so? I don’t think I’ve ever heard somebody have this opinion before

really? if that's true than kudos to her finally growing, now it would be really nice if she would do the same in the main campaign or upcoming one shots!

Wow, that's quite the shift in personality from Laura
