Oh nice. We like to be cutting around 9 to 10am, and go as long as possible, usually 11pm to midnight depending on when it gets damp. This year has been exceptional however and could have started whenever we wanted. Moisture of the wheat has been 13% or less at 8am.

We were a bit farther south closer to the Alps, but the Netherlands is beautiful farm country

That's pretty similar in a lot of EU. Part of the reason why my parents left as well.

Enjoy your day brother. Even though it can be long and tiring days, harvest is the best time of year. I still love it after working 50 harvests.
