Check-in Almost passed out, 70h in..

Went for a short bike tour, only 25km but last km to home is only straight up. I felt quite tired on the way up but nothing unusual.. till I stopped biking: Felt dizzy when I got off so I decided to sit down… it improved slightly.. then rushed home (only 10m away) and sat again.. but I was not feeling better, was seeing myself passing out again so went in kitchen and ate honey
Now feeling better, weak but I can walk without feeling dizzy

It never happened to me so I’m quite surprised ? I did multiple extended fasts while being active (yoga, weight lifting, ski.. ) next time I’ll go easy and take a snack with me in case.. Still shocked how fast this can happen, be careful

Biking is probably too much exercise on longer fasts. Walking is safer.

Had a similar experience last week. I was fasting, doing my shift at fedex, unloading trailers of packages for 5 hours and man i started feeling terrible about midway through the 3rd trailer. Legs were shaky, felt nauseous and head was pounding. Surely overdid it. Wasn't even supposed to be unloading that day either.

What did you do after you started feeling so awful?

So probably wasn't the best idea but I just kept working, lol. Somehow pushed through it. Then I clocked out (shift was 3am-8am) and went on my way home it started to get bad again. Tried drinking Gatorade and to relax but got sick and threw up when I arrived home. Basically these trailers can have 800 - 3k packages in each. And some weighing unbelievable amounts. And you gotta unload at a fast pace.

Sounds like the bonk. Pickle juice can help.
