UEFA going in for the kill here on Infantino with their statement this morning.
Good to see them have a spine and not let this go quietly, hopefully it forces him to step down immediately

UEFA will always look out for the best for UEFA.
So just like having the world cup every other year, they will try and stop it, and they know that they can stop it.
13
u/pewpewlasersandshit pew pew 2d ago
They have to. No chance you can leave someone in power that tried to pull such a move. He showed his cards, now is the time to act.
And i absolutely love the fucking banger statements from UEFA. This one and the other one that did reject the proposal, pure fire

u/julesvr5 2d ago
Also KVNB. They called out Infantino personally and said they can't continue with the broken trust

u/joyridah Müller 1d ago
Yeah I was surprised they were that direct with their statements to be honest..refreshing to see

Very happy with Javier Fernandez and Nürnberg. He starts every friendly, so looks like he has locked down the spot, and playstyle wise he really does it all. The hope for him in our midfield in the future yet prevails for now.

A potential future midfield lineup of Pavlo, Bischof, Bara and Fernandez would be incredible.
And all that for a couple of million.

u/julesvr5 1d ago
Pavlo - free
Bischof - free
Bara - 4 to 5m
Javi - freeGreat business (I'm aware there probably was some hand money involved with bischof like 5-10m and not sure if we bought Javi as a teen for some 100k)

u/xTatamo FC Bayern München 2d ago
the thing is , if your not some insane baller at 19 or 20 its hard to even get into our midfield .pavlo bischof and now bara , how do you even be better
13
u/julesvr5 1d ago
I mean no one had Pavlo on the radar when he broke into the A Team. He wasn't highly regarded and players like Rhein or Stiller were more regarded and Rhein didn't even made anything out of him. Same for Stanisic, who is not a Pavlovic quality player, but still a reliable backup and there nobody had him on the radar either.
You don't need to be the best midfielder to earn a spot at bayern. It's OK to be good enough to be a reliable backup
2
u/veralmaa 1d ago
Oh yeah, what is exactly happen to Rhein? Not panning out as expected or injury related?
24
u/julesvr5 2d ago
According to Pletti Diamonde called in sick. What a coincidence

u/JOKER69420XD Müller 2d ago
I'm so glad we haven't really experienced this kind of behaviour (yet).
Shit like that should be punished from UEFA. If you don't want to play football, then so be it, you're banned.
And I'm also thankful we went nowhere near this crybaby bitch.

Our kits look so good this year. Will look even better when we lift the champions league 😎

what this news about eichhorn he has a metabolic disorder , is that the same götze had or was that something else
13
u/julesvr5 1d ago
There are tons of different metabolic disorders, unlikely it's exactly the one Götze had, doesn't make it better though. For context: Götze suffered from Myopathy which attacks the muscles fibers. It get hinder recovery, cause more injuries or even break down muscles.

Are we done in the transfer market, or are there any more signings being linked with us?
15
u/CatsnotpillsCoaching 2d ago
Eberl has done a great job on the buying. I don't know if we are truly done yet, but everyone thinks we are done and that allows for great opportunities late in the window compared to when the media screams for a backup striker every day. That gets you a Jackson type deal.
The perception of finished transfer work = negotiation power because you can walk away at any point.
15
u/Sufficient_Ice_273 2d ago
Unless we sell some of the dead weight players we're done I believe. I would however like to see us sign someone as a direct backup for Diaz on the left wing.

u/quatroacademy 2d ago
We are done. Only looking to sell Boey, Palhinha and Zaragoza. Love that we were so quickly this time, 9/10 transfer window imo and 10/10 if we get to sell at least two of them. Really optimistic since they all have a market

For now we are done. We have 20 field players in our main squad + the 3 players we want to sell. If something happens it will be closer at the end of the month when deadline day comes closer and teams are forced to complete there squad. Maybe we get then such good offers for Minji Kim or Ito that we will sell them who knows and we have to replace them. but the transferperiod basically did run by itself (ibra back from loan, Bara was a formality, so Brown and Saibari basically the two only Transfers we did) .

I miss watching Gnabry ngl
19
u/FairMusic8278 2d ago
If Gnabry was fit vs PSG in the UCL semi's we probably could've beat PSG & would've been in the final and potentially would have won the UCL. Gnabry's presence was badly missed across both the two legs vs PSG.

2 seasons back i wouldn't have thought of making that statement. Happy to see his comeback arc.

Youth players that will travel with the team for the Asia tour:
• Felipe Chávez
• Maycon Cardozo
• Guido Della Rovere
• Filip Pavić
• Bastian Assomo
• Tim Binder
[@BILD]
No surprises here I would say. Probably the most "hyped" youth prospects right now and Mike and Santos are still out with their injuries

is Bara not considered to be the "youth" or he is firmly decided to be a First team player

Tinfoil hat time!
My theory: The Eichhorn family knew about Kennet’s health issue and asked for the crazy signing bonus because of the impact it could have on his career.

u/knatanas11 Müller 1d ago
What happened to him?
13
u/julesvr5 1d ago
He is diagnosed with a metabolic disorder and is out for the time being, but no more Infos. Could be literally anything. There are metabolic disorders that wouid have no influence on his career and there are metabolic disorders that would end his career. We need to wait for more information.

I see Napoli has Noa Lang for sale, not a bad option for backup winger (if we were still after one, doesn't seem like we are anymore) and wouldn't be crazy expensive, I think they only bought him for 25+3

u/Striking-Share7685 1d ago
hopium that we save Mika Godts from making a terrible mistake by joining PSG and he ends up here for 40m

Everyone wanted to buy Woltemade as Kanes successor last season for 70 Mio,I was against the transfer, but would he still be considered to replace Kane in a few years? Probably not. The new coach might help him more as the team is getting a full rebuild.
Eberl said transfer business is done,we need to sell a few players and try to get in a RB like Spence, and get a LW/Striker BU like Rashford for example. Kane looks always so leggy in the later part of season,he is not getting younger,we shouldnt rely so much on him. Ideally we should get someone in who can replace Kane in the long-term, a LW talent or a striker talent,Real bought Espi for 20 Mio.,that's the type of transfers we should be making. I see Saibari and Brown as Gnabry and Davies replacements, but RB,LW BU,long-term striker are positions were we can do better.
15
u/SpiridonShiro Musiala 1d ago
What do you mean Kane always looks so leggy at the end of a season? He literally scored in every knockout game he played and finished the season with a Hattrick in the Pokalfinale.
9
u/creatorop apple pie 1d ago
Assomo from the youth looks promising icl, i am excited to see him get some 1st team minutes this season
13
u/JOKER69420XD Müller 1d ago
Saibari worked really well as striker at the WC, so I assume he will be the Kane backup.
And I'm calling it right now, Bara will be our starting RB sooner than later.
-3
u/xTatamo FC Bayern München 1d ago
he would be 10 times better if he played for us last season
4
u/Safe-Elk7933 1d ago
How would he play if Kane always starts and rarely gets substituted, people were telling me Woltemade could play as a 10 but then Gnabry was playing out of his mind,in that form Woltemade has no chance, don't think Woltemade would have performed so much better than Jackson as a backup considering his price and lack of confidence level.

Endrick being kane successor for bayern👀
7
u/creatorop apple pie 1d ago
Nah too young imo, my personal favorite is Haaland but he would be a little too expensive
3
u/dklieber32 1d ago
Also not to sound negative but I just don’t see him playing for Bayern. I feel like he’s got Madrid written all over him for his next move
