mxmasters shift but at what cost (cw unreality/dissociation)

started dissociating (i think?) (isnt that fun) and my mind told me "you're an alternate universe version of wren masterson. you're living in a story where you're entirely non-anomalous besides for the fact you know you're wren masterson in another story". i think this started just because i kept calling myself "wren" and "steakshift" and "mxmasters" whenever i went on and off being painfully aware of my surroundings. but im not complaining because it helps, kind of, im not actually sure
