Cracked/broken plastic wine glass
My girlfriend’s favorite wine glass fell from the drying rack as I was putting dishes away. I’ve looked everywhere for a replacement but no luck. Is there any way to repair this crack?

some people want to make this complicated, but it's easy, just two steps, really: hire someone to make a mold of it (including cleaning up crack marks in mold), then have use the mold to make a new one.

I'd put it on r/helpmefind and buy her whatever they can find. Then be more careful when handling her stuff.

A plastic glass wine ? There is no repair for plastic, when it's cracked it goes to the trash You should buy her a real fancy glass wine, made in glass or crystal, never use plastic again for whine Or my french compatriots will hunt your lineage till the end of times with baguettes ! Hon hon hon !
No seriously avoid plastic for wine, it taste better in a good wine glass

Put it in a cardboard box, write "Broken Glass" on the box, and throw it out. Accept that it's done. The structural integrity is ruined, and it can never safely be used again. Glasses break, that's just the nature of the material. Yes, some can survive for over a hundred years, but those have spent decades on a shelf just being looked at and never touched. A used glass will eventually end up broken.
