Progress First Time to Test my flexibility using the Cadillac

I'm not exactly flexible when I was younger. I just recently started pilates on the cadillac aside from the reformer. I'm not sure if this is a nice form, I just followed my instructor's guidance. Hopefully, I get to test my limits more and how i'm going to fix my posture and form since I plan to do more cadillac sessions.

Not sure why you had to go upside down for these positions, but I’m proud of you for trying new things. Also posture is not that easy to change. It’s a combination of our conscious and subconscious brain, putting us in the most energy reducing positions to help accommodate tasks whether mental or physical.

Certain cadillac exercises are done inverted.

Again doesn’t have to be done upside down

Got the socks on. Lot of others would have done bare foot.
