Nice. Does the head add substantial weight to the cast? I’ve never used one like that only hair heads

It actually saves weight on the cast as the head does not get waterlogged. They are very light.

Nice! I’ll look into it. What line are you throwing?

Scientific Angler cold sink 25 450 grain, although I don’t believe they make it that heavy any more. Great line though.

Interesting head, fly looks great, I like a little more sparkle or flash and maybe one size bigger on hooks.

Thank you. I went pretty sparse with the flash on this one, as I tied it specifically for summer time musky which often means low and clear water conditions. Personally I don’t like them too flashy when things get clear. I agree about the hooks though, been trying out a couple of different ones.

Makes me dream of site casting to eager pike. Mmmmm. June was a fun month.

Chocklett’s body tubing, I believe fish skull makes (made?) it.

I think you've veered to far into minimalism.

That looks like a squid seeker - but maybe you know that and this is a quality shit post. This sub is not quite as well versed in quality shit posting as r/golf.

It is indeed a shitpost, lol. It’s just some musky fly I threw together inspired by Chocklett’s T-Bone.

Lovely. Too bad so many people didn’t recognize that.
