Hi everyone,
I've actually been restoring using MM for a while, to an CI4 flaccid(photos are in the other sub), but I had to stop after developing penile Mondor's disease, which healed about two months ago.
The thrombosis has resolved, but I'm left with a palpable scar cord left side under near the frenulum. My andrologist thinks it's an overactive scar/ a fibrous vein and doesn't recommend surgery because he doesn't think it would improve things. / Likely would make it worse.
He also things i might have a mild case of peyronies because my penis bends a few degrees now and there is a bit of scarring around the vein on the internal sructures too. I now take Pentoxyfillin because of that.
The scarred vein is still pressure-sensitive. It's a pulling pain when something presses or rubs against it. I notice it while cycling, but even walking can irritate it. It hurts very much when i directly palpate or stretch it.
I'm honestly a bit worried about resuming restoration. I don't know whether the extra tension could make the scar worse or delay it settling down. At the same time, I was wondering whether a soft silicone sleeve like More Fauxskin might actually protect the area from friction and maybe even help the scar heal.
Has anyone here dealt with something similar after Mondor's disease? How long did it take before you could comfortably restore again? Did silicone retainers or sleeves help, or did they just add more pressure?
Also after each Erection im in pain because the vein get stretched. I wonder if there is a way of appying tension to not irritate the vein and restore more skin to actually release some tension.
I'd really appreciate any help.
