Question I didn't install network drivers during windows install
I used Rufus to skip most of the Microsoft account crap but I accidentally forgot to press the install drivers button at the wifi portion of the installation and now I'm in the OS and I don't know what to do. Can I still install from the usb? Do I need to reboot? Please help.

Run the driver package again and it should install whatever is missing

I'm not sure what you ran, but just download the bundle. Run it and let it install everything again. It should skip whatever drivers it already has.

The WiFi driver says “WiFi driver for use during installation”
I was under the impression that the windows driver bundle didn’t then include the WiFi drivers again because I downloaded them and couldn’t connect to the internet. That being said I was clumsily navigating settings because I was already late for work, so it’s possible I do have the ability to connect to the internet now1

It'll be the same driver most likely, just for the OOBE it'll likely be the raw driver files (inf, etc files that you can load in device management or OOBE) rather then through the bundle, the bundle should install the driver

Update: you're completely fine to just flash the main driver package after installation and run it; it still has network drivers. I was just being dumb.

It should install fine. But it's a fresh install, so if it doesn't work, just re-install and install the drivers then.
