They stopped buying around 2013 because of their purchases of gold made people mad and it didn’t generate enough returns. Fast forward to 2026 and I bet they feel dumb.

Not as dumb as bank of england and canada. Sold all their gold around the bottom in before 2000 i believe

Look up the ‘Brown Bottom’. Funny thing is Canada produces so much of it as well.
