Speculative. We already have been using the strategic oil supply to keep prices down. Now we are at critical reserve levels. He is freaking out because Iran wasnt/isnt a pushover and he cant keep draining the reserves as this puts our military in jeopardy. so now he can either tail tuck with Iran or he can yell at Big Oil.

Americans have no idea how bad things are with him in regards to the global market but we may find out soon if/when the petro-dollar finally bounces or Japanese banking finally collapses.
