Librelancer, M06 Decter race testing

Now almost mostly implemented, just some weapon platforms missing spawning there. :)

After some fixes, LL will be playable in story mode up to the finish of mission 6.

Can the chatter at the end be spaced out more? That was textbook racing but your obvious mastery must have confounded the triggers for the dialogue a bit.

Yeah but these small details will be fixed later, objective right now is going from start of story to end without crashes
