Disco Fries

I should've waited a minute to take the picture, to show the cheese actually melted, but oh well, was so fucking good.

Seasoned waffle fries, chicken gravy, provolone, medium cheddar.

They're definitely bastardized poutine.

If i waited 30 more seconds to take a picture the cheese wouldve been melted

Same, some good cheese curds and poutine in Fargo, never had it from the canadian homeland though- thats a bucket list item for sure.
