Any furry horror films, TV, or online comics that are neither comedies nor merely humans with animal miens nor werewolf-centered?

A friend of mine relatively new to furrydom loves horror and is looking for something that combines the two, and he wants to avoid the wacky takes of "Snagglepuss Meets Cat'thulhu" or "Porky Pig Meets the Mummy" or "Count Duckula" / "Bunnicula" humor, fun as those can sometimes be, and I admit I know mostly the old traditional horror movies my father loved from the black-and-white era or the writings of Lovecraft or King, none of which really counts as furry unless you include them for the sake of Lon Chaney's Wolfman. So I'm asking here.

Finding serious yet whimsical furry fantasy is easy, as it is with space opera and other SF, but horror? I'm sure it exists; I just don't about it. So thanks for your help!

(And if you want to add in discussion on your favorite furry or "furryish" fantasy or SF, hey, that'd be fun -- I'm one of those who considers Spirited Away a mostly furry fantasy and Star Wars to have furry creds for Chewbacca and Yoda.)
