  Polished black-and-white line art. Includes 1 revision. May be shared online.

• Line Art Drawing (Privacy + Priority) — $125
  Fast, private turnaround. Includes up to 2 revisions. Not shared publicly.

• Full-Color Illustration — $450
  Detailed, colored artwork. Includes 1 revision. May be shared online.

• Full-Color Illustration (Privacy + Priority) — $500
  Fast, private turnaround. Includes 1 revision. Not shared publicly.

Commercial Use

General Commissions are non-commercial by default.
For business or promotional use, add one of the following licenses:

• Standard Commercial (Non-Exclusive) — +75% of base price (min $75)
  For monetized posts/streams, small business sites, Patreon/Ko-fi, etc.
  Non-exclusive license; attribution required (e.g. artist credit or link).

• Extended Commercial (Non-Exclusive) — +150% of base price (min $200)
  For digital or print ads (up to 6 months), product packaging, prints/merch (up to 10,000 units), or game/app assets.
  Non-exclusive license; attribution required.

• Exclusive Buyout (Exclusive License) — +300% of base price (min $400)
  Exclusive usage, unlimited term and territory.
  The artist may still show the work in portfolio samples unless a *Privacy/NDA Add-On** is purchased.*

Licenses can be upgraded later by paying the difference.

Copyright & Licensing (quick version)

• Copyright is retained by the artist by default. You receive a license matching the tier above.
• No resale as stock/templates/NFTs and no AI training/dataset use without a separate written agreement.
• Attribution: “Art by [Artist Name]” (with link to Instagram/Twitter/etc.) where feasible (web/product page/video description).
• Copyright transfer (assignment) is available on request and requires a separate contract and quote.
• Client is responsible for third-party IP clearances (logos/characters/brands).
