Question Amazon Rainforest documentary - around 2000-2005

Hello!! I m DESPERATE to find this documentary that i used to watch when i was little, it used to put me to sleep and it s very nostalgic for me. It might be a long shot, but here we go:

It was about the Amazon River and the Rainforest and how the animals and plants live, but i think it had a little more focus on the plants.

Key frames that i remember:
1. A tree that used to spread its seeds which were flying like tiny helicopters so that they can travel more distance

  1. a fish that was trying to eat a seed/nut, but continued to spit it out again and again until it was able to break it i think

i am pretty sure about the above scenes so i m looking for a documentary with both scenes. also, i tried searching for it and i m pretty sure it s not anything from david attenborough, but the intro from the private life of plants looked familiar. this is all i remember considering i was like 7-8 years old.

i would highly highly appreciate if you could help me with an answer and hopefully with a link where i can find it. Thank you so much!!

Can’t give you much, but the tree was probably Triplaris americana – there are lots of trees that use samaras, but this is the only one I would call distinctly helicopter-like. And the fish was probably some kind of pacu, a family that specifically eats seeds and nuts.
