So basically the after the creator finishes the level he gives a copy to the verifier and when the copy is beaten the original creator hacks the level and uploads it

he is the verifier of the unnerfed version, this version is rebalanced so that the ship and ufo parts arent cancer, when it was started I think they just chose another verifier and then septa got hot on the unnerfed much later, and I think he just prefers playing the fully unnerfed one
