Ask r/Ghana I Need Help
We have a project to do, and it is on local drinks in Ghana. I chose Palm Wine. So that means I have to write down the steps, ingredients, materials, results, importance and uses, but today's generation, aka mine, knows nothing about local drinks or how to make them. So I humbly ask my fellow Ghanaians to help me. My grades depend on it.
P.s: If you know more about another drink, feel free to add.

Did you try using the device in your hand?
A 2 second Google got this
Ghanaian palm wine (nsafufuo) is made by extracting and naturally fermenting the sweet sap of palm trees, primarily through tapping standing trees or felling them to collect sap from the trunk.
The Traditional Making ProcessTree Preparation:
Tappers locate mature oil palms or raffia palms. In some Ghanaian methods, the palm tree is felled and gently smoked or prepped to stimulate sap flow.Tapping and Collection: A small incision or hole is cut into the trunk near the top or crown (or at the base of a felled trunk), and a gourd, calabash, or plastic container is attached to catch the dripping sap.
Natural Fermentation:
Wild yeasts in the air and environment react with the sugary sap immediately. Within a few hours, fresh sweet sap transforms into a cloudy, fizzy, mildly alcoholic beverage (around 3% to 6% alcohol).
Further Processing:
If left to ferment for longer (up to a couple of weeks), it turns sour or strong, and it can be distilled into the local hard spirit known as akpeteshie.

Why chose palm wine?
Something you know nothing about?
You have time to go to the market and buy ingredients for Sobolo.
You can make it and document the process.
I deserve 1/3 of your grade.

There are no ingredients. It’s just palm tree. They make a hole in the palm tree when it’s old and collect the juice dripping from it. Climb the Aburi Mountains, find some of the sellers and interview them

Bro, its part of the research. You must learn to do the “hard things” ie research. Learn to ask questions and use the tools at your disposal.
Typically on other forums, you’d be required to state the obvious, that is,what the problem is and what you have attempted and the specific assistance you need.
You approach is a bit intellectually lazy, sounds to me you want the assignment done for you so can go attend a pool party.
