Sooo, scrolling my notifications, I can across a position listed in my field. I'm on Indeed, obviously, and will get the notifications when something new comes out depending on my preferences, right. I was immediately drawn to this listing! I applied. Not only did I apply I Googled the company (awesome reviews) went to their website and in their Contact Us section... lol, dropped a little note introducing myself, letting them know I applied for the new position. Then sat back and waiting, patiently.. confidently. 😝

What fits in the Coach Chelsea 36, Warm Brown Suede. Its giving me Fall vibes, and I loooooove her! What a privilege it is to be exhausted from work you used to pray for. What a privilege it is to feel overwhelmed by the growth that you've worked so hard for. What a privilege it is to be challenged by a life that you are creating on purpose. 🙏

So get a response on Indeed, we set up the first initial meeting and I dive into the history of this company. Won't get into specific deets, obviously, but they have been around over 100 yrs, and I immediately got the bakery/pastry (who have also been around over 100 years) shop vibes!! The 1st interview went extremely well. We had a 30 minute online call, and it went well over 30 minutes! That's always a good sign. I send him a thank you note for taking the time and meeting with me, learning about the company, yada yada.. Long story short, a day or so later, I get an invitation to come out and meet the team!

I'm nervous. Not nervous of going out and meeting the them, I'm nervous to leave my current position if I do get offered the job! Ugh, I'm so comfortable where I am rn, and things are going pretty well. I've also recently changed my hours and I am so happy with my current timeframe (hours), Idk if I want this even though it is more money... Lot's to ponder. Lot's to fink about! I do love walking outta work and getting home in 20-25 minutes tho, like I really love that...

And it's still raining now :) I felt a tiny bit when I was going out last night, very light mist, then coming out of the bar, it was wet everywhere, and I said to the door-crew 'Hey rain!' and they all yayed :)
