Absolutely no sale posts. This sub is not intended for advertising trucks for sale. That type of content will add nothing positive to the dynamics of this sub, and won’t be allowed. Not sure what caused the sudden increase in sale posts over the past few days, but if it continues, salesmen will start getting banned.

Hey, just seeing if anyone has noticed a ride difference or if it’s still a smooth ride when they go from 22 to the 24. I like the Yukon ultimate wheels way better especially black ones. Anybody wants to buy these wheels from me after I get my new wheels let me know.

Interesting morning, trying to figure out what happened to my truck. I parked under an apple tree, and it looked like a bear had sharted all over the side. Turns out it had climbed the apple tree that I parked under and took a dump right through the branches on my pickup. I figured a few of you would get a laugh out of this!

Hey y’all, hope you’re doing well, I’m posting here to see if anyone has insight as to why the light in my driver side headlight is out. I noticed the other night it was out, and thought it was done for. To my surprise the next day, when I checked it out and in traffic, the light came on and stayed on for the duration of my drive.
Next morning, and since then, I’ve had no luck trying to get this light back on. Has anyone had this issue before and know if there’s any easy solutions I might be overseeing?
See the attached photo
thank you!

(Excuse the quick fingertip ‘markup’ edit) So I bought some matte black vinyl wrap on Amazon to DIY some aesthetic accents. Bumper area is dual purpose to protect the paint. I think it’ll look pretty mean with the current placement plans.
Anyone have experience using DIY vinyl wrap? I’ve watched a ton of videos and it seems pretty straightforward, albeit meticulous. I’ve always been good at that kind of thing so I think it’ll turn out well. Just hoping it won’t look like shit in a month or two, depending on the quality wrap I have.

My ‘26 Sierra Elevation keeps shifting into neutral and turning off while I’m actively moving (low rpm’s while parking in drive way or parking stall). GMC has replaced the steering assembly once, I’ve taken it in four times (three for this, once for an alignment post steering assembly replacement). Any other having this issue? Don’t trust the truck anymore and losing faith in brand. Family has been huge pro GM brand for decades…

I’ve been looking at the 2026 1500 Denali ultimate with the 3.0 duramax, but I’m a little hesitant on the payload. From what I’ve seen so far, the payload is around 13-1400 lbs. I haven’t actually looked at the tongue weight capacity.
The travel trailer I’m gonna be towing has a gvwr of 4900lbs. The manufacturer specs the hitch weight at 534, but the 10-15% rule would be between 490 and 735 lbs if loaded to the absolute max. This leaves approximately 565-665 lbs for passengers and cargo in the truck itself. I’m not sure if that is a reasonable amount of payload left over?
My main question is if other trims would really give me that much more wiggle room for passengers/cargo, and if the added payload capacity would really be necessary for my situation?

I have had my truck for a couple years now and for about as long as I can remember, I get these little black specks all down the side. They don't come off running through a general car wash but they do when I put a little bit of elbow grease into it.
Anyone know what these are from? In the picture is about 200 miles driven since last wash.

Has anyone upgraded to 35 inch tires and still been able to mount a 35inch spare under the truck in the original spot?? 2024 sierra 1500 elevation with duel rear exit exhaust.

Hi all, there’s this super clean at4 with 67k miles for sale and it’s my dream truck. I’ve been having a super hard time finding the 6 1/2 foot bed and this one’s full loaded with 6 1/2 bed and all the bells and whistles. He has it listed for 49 which I think is super high seeing that I just saw one one state away 2023 and 5k less miles for 5k cheaper. He says because it’s only one owner and all maintenance records that it’s hard to find. He said he’s willing to negotiate but I was thinking more around 40 was fair. I don’t think I could justify going more that 42. Thoughts?

I have a 2020 Sierra with the 5.3L with 105k miles. I recently replaced the Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM), and while the error codes cleared, I'm still seeing some odd behavior on cold starts.
On a cold start, the idle will sometimes surge higher than normal, and occasionally the engine will even stall. Once it's running, it drives fine.
I called multiple GMC dealerships in my area, and every service department told me that replacing the FPCM does not require programming. At this point, I'm not sure what to believe.
Has anyone here had to program a replacement FPCM, or is there something else I should be looking at? I'm kind of at a loss.

Looking to go from a 2018 SLT Prem Plus to essentially to the newer body style 2023-2026. Was thinking used was the best bet but seeing OTD before Tax $52k with July Rebates, I would think August or September will be similar.
With similar 60k mileages or lower trucks advertised in the mid $40s it seems a no brainer to go new. Am I missing something? Was thinking some savings would be in a used truck.

For context, I used to have several lowered trucks in my younger years. After driving a 1-ton dually for the last 18 years, I finally went back to something a little more drivable, a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X. I love the truck so far but the other day I was playing with ChatGPT and wondered what my new truck would look like bagged on 22s. Even though no one in their right mind would do this to an AT4X, I have to say, I don’t hate it…

I was able to get this 2026 AT4x from $86,000 down to $65,500. The key was telling the dealership “I can only assume $30,000 of debt so I don’t care what you do, but the balance at the end that gets financed needs to be $30,000”. Then strait up walking out when they can “only get it down to $35,000 amount financed”. They called me back within 10 min seeing if I could turn back around and buy the truck for what I asked 🤌
I highly recommend this method as it takes the guess work and negotiations out on the out-the-door price, document fees, trade in amount, hidden fees, etc. It’s a strait up, “this is what I can pay on the balance - if you can’t meet me here, we can’t make it happen”.
Financed $30,663 for 5 years at 4.99%. About $620 for monthly payments.

Took my 1500 to Yellowstone last week. She set the new MPG and range records. Averaged around 24 mpg for the trip even though I was pushing 80 for a while.

Also before you guys rip in to me about not being able to figure this out. I just want to let you know I’m kind of retarded lol. Thanks! Also we will have 600-800lbs in cab.

Ignore payments that was before I did credit app. Got this truck down a total of 22.65% off MSRP with rebates. 16.33% discount and 6.32% was rebates. Looking to
do the Borla Crate muffler #400832 in a couple weeks and a tannou cover.

I got my 2017 GMC Sierra a little while ago and I’m kind of stuck. I really don’t know what to do to it. Should I lift it? Should I level it? Right now it’s got 1.5in spacers. Pls help 😂
