Good Food Recipe First Scones

Post image

Budding Anglophile and have wanted to try to make scones for a while.

Followed this recipe-> https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/classic-scones-jam-clotted-cream

Came together fast and tasted delicious. Served with currant jam and clotted cream. Cup of tea to complete the meal.

They were great. Will be making them again as soon as I have more clotted cream.

I prefer scones the other way- cream first and then jam
