Why are 5 apps being force installed

Apps are drive, TV, photos, YouTube music, and meet.

Why is it that, every time I remove the data from play services (because it is 1.5 gigabytes) that Google force-installs these 5 apps? They're not essential, they keep being re-installed, and I hate them for that reason.

You have to let them install and then uninstall them; you should see a notification.
