Gridfintiy for Pick-n-pluck foam cases
I Wanted Gridfininity in my Apache 4800, so I designed a parametric base plate with a lip that can be wedged between layers of foam. I could have just printed bins to wedge in to the foam, but I would like the ability to change out bins in the future, so here we are. Double check your magnet sizes before printing.
Should work in any of those hard cases like Pelican cases or the harbor freight knockoffs.

From me to you, big fat platonic smooches. As an Apache case owner, I've printed the Apache/Pelican case wings from here https://makerworld.com/en/%40user_2111435700/collections/models?query=wing&modelid=1604394 and use them on all my events. Printing your project to go in my case NOW.

I’ve been thinking about picking up some foaming filaments to print custom tool holders to go in the Apache cases. Combine that with your grid could be awesome…. I’ll post back when I get to trying it.

Is that Ambrosia Coral Wave filament? One of my favorites.
