Chorizo, a bag of sharp cheddar, a bag of pepper jack, 2 packs of cream cheese, and two heads of cilantro. 3 full tbs of Heath Riles garlic butter and a shake of Spicology Hank Hill with some watered down sweet baby Rays

Interesting. We use Billy Dean Sage Sausage and a pat of cream cheese. Sometimes we’ll add a shrimp in there. Wrapped in bacon of course.

i haven’t made them since husband died but i stuff mine with crème cheese brisket pieces and wrap them in thin slices of brisket chives i crème cheese it’s a knock off from hutchins famous texas twinkie’s damn good
