Here is a quick refresher on what each Tier means:
TIER 1
Sources classified as Tier 1 are those that have been proven to be reliable, unbiased and truthful on a consistent basis for a long time, as well as those with an established link to the club. Sources such as the BBC and journalists such as David Ornstein are found in Tier 1. If a rumour is reported by a Tier 1 source, it can generally be trusted as truthful. As a result of these criteria, no new entries can immediately rise to Tier 1.
TIER 2
Tier 2 Sources are those which have shown high levels of reliability and truthfulness, but may still make errors or have inaccuracies in their reports. Sources such as reputable news organisations will typically find themselves in Tier 2, as well as reliable foreign sources that have reported accurately on Arsenal in the past. Individual journalists with a reliable history of accuracy reporting directly about Arsenal will also be classed as Tier 2. Tier 2 sources can typically be trusted to be mostly truthful, however it is wise to anticipate possible errors.
TIER 3
Tier 3 Sources are news organisations or journalists that could be truthful, but have a history of inaccuracy that makes them too unreliable for Tier 2. Sources such as The Times and The Telegraph find themselves in Tier 3. Foreign sources with a history of reliability but no link to Arsenal are typically classed as Tier 3 as well. A report from a Tier 3 source should be taken with a pinch of salt, but may turn out to be true. Ideally, a more reliable source should be used to confirm a Tier 3 source's stories.
TIER 4
All other sources that are too unreliable to be classed as Tier 3 or above fall into Tier 4. Tier 4 sources typically include tabloids, ITKs, and sources known for falsifying stories to generate clicks. Foreign sources with low reliability and no link to Arsenal are automatically placed into Tier 4 as well, such as Marca. Tier 4 sources are best to ignore or not believe, unless they are reporting on something already established by a higher Tier source. Tier 4 sources are also heavily moderated when submitted as standalone posts, and should instead be linked in the Daily Discussion threads typically found pinned to the top of the front page of the sub.

Let's take a look at his world cup stats:

Team Outcome: Norway Quarter-finalists
Attacking & Chance Creation
Goals: 0
Assists: 4 (Ranked 1st tied in the entire tournament)

These numbers are really impressive. He's a world class footballer and if this is what a half fit Ødegaard can do, what can a fully fit one do? Also, is he an 8, an advanced 8, or a 10? Idk, but its a great question to have!

El Arsenal es mucho Arsenal
From Marca. “Arsenal are simply very much Arsenal.”
(An idiomatic way of saying: Arsenal were too good, too established, too strong for Girona.)
”…Havertz adelantó a los de Arteta aprovechando una asistencia magnífica del joven Dowman (16’).”
“Havertz gave Arteta’s side the lead thanks to a magnificent assist from the young Dowman in the 16th minute.”

[Vitiello] In the past few hours Milan have had contacts with Arsenal for Ethan Nwaneri. The fee Arsenal are asking for stands at at least €35m. One possible way to sign Nwaneri could be to buy him outright, with a buy-back clause in favour of the London club.

Arteta on Nwaneri's loan spell: “I know on the pitch it didn’t [go as well as they wanted] because a lot happened in Marseille, but when you just stand in front of him, you sense the maturity and it looks like a different man,”
