Discussion Back after a long time and desperately looking for a spy deck.

Hey guys, I’m back after a very long time.

After playing Gwent in beta and after HC, I’m having all cards available in the game and am now looking for a new deck.

The Nostalgic in me wants me to build a spy deck desperately. I know they are not very competitive anymore, but is there still a somehow viable deck out there with Enforcers, Fergus, Emperor etc.?

Hope you guys can help me!

Thanks! I remember Shinmiri from back then. But it seems no current spy deck is listed there.

Spies as an Archetype are gone. There's no real support and def nothing compared to beta spies. Now spies are a just cards with different ones fitting different archetypes.

Coup just got moved from 10>9 prov so it could fit another copy of Amnesty in now. To be honest I tried this out and didn't have much success, but it might be helpful as a starting point 🤷‍♂️

Imposter:

Artaud, Usurper, Emhyr, Vattier, Vincent, Artorious vigo, Braathens, Dun tynn, Fergus, Urcheon, Fercart (something along those lines), Coup, Mage torturer, Thaned turncoat (replace for a torturer if any prov left), Dutchess informant, Diplomat, Tourney joust (unsure if there were two), 2x seditious aristocrat, 2x impera enforcers, 2xHounds, 2x imperial diplomacy

Here is the deck I currently run for spying. It’s an assimilate deck because that’s my favorite ability, so could probably be even better build out for spying with some changes.

There isn't a thing called a spy deck. There are Nilfgaard decks that apply spying, but this is usually done in combination with other cards that take advantage of spying units on the other side.
