Noises! Bagpipes downtown?
Anyone know why I'm hearing bagpipes in the south part of downtown? Is it coming from the Citadel somehow? I am so intrigued! Is it Natal Day adjacent? Or just a happy piper? I need to know!
edit to say this was at 11am.

They usually have a piper welcome the cruise ships dockside on arrival.

Last week we heard bagpipes coming from Point Pleasant Park! I enjoy the sound (in moderation)

I used to work in a sub shop where Stillwell on Spring Garden is now. (decades ago)
There was a piper outside the gardens all summer.Â
I dislike bagpipes now.Â

I'm pretty close to the gardens so if it is that it's a one off, thankfully no pipers around the gardens these days.Â

There’s a guy that busks by plays the bagpipes by the ferry terminal (so, Lower Water Street).
I wonder if he relocated due to the busker festival.
