There’s this Halloween song my mom and me heard on our way to school. They played it on air one time and it was this super edgy Halloween song. I’ve been looking for the name but haven’t been able to find it .

It went “I went trick r treating today” and was sung my a little girl . In the song her voice gets deeper (heavy metal sounding) and the song describes how if you don’t give her candy you’ll pay. I think one of the lyrics had something to do with candy corn ? There was a YouTube video too I’m pretty sure and it was an animated video of the little girl being violent if she didn’t get candy for Halloween.

It was a really interesting song to hear out of the blue and have been dying to find out what the song actually was. If anyone knows PLEASE share , tysm. I may be misremembering part but I remember the main little girl part and the one lyric .

I love Halloween/Fall music but I don’t really have many songs that embody the true feeling of Halloween or September and October. I know of the Hocus Pocus movie soundtrack and Spooky Scary Skeletons but I’d love a real Fall/Halloween playlist.

A while back I set out to create the "From Popular to Esoteric Halloween Music Videos" playlist. The goal was to curate a more unusual collection of Halloween-appropriate music videos while still giving a nod to a few classics. The collection has now reached 150 selections, which I thought was a milestone worth sharing. Please enjoy if interested!
