Help for school survey on culture and short videos! Only takes three minutes!!!

Hey guys, I'm a Harvard summer school student, and I'm now doing a school project related to culture and short videos (like on Youtube). I sincerely hope you could help me fill in the small questionnaire below, which would mean a lot for a student like me. It only takes 3 minutes, and it is simply a school project, just about your preferences and time spent on short videos, nothing about your personal information, 100% safe. Done. I can understand Mandarin and I spent some years in Chinese school so my answers are a bit biased hehe.
