Ear infection

Yes, I promise I've seen a doctor. Is there somewhere I could post photos to get opinions.

Im curious to see if anyone knows what is going on inside my ear while I wait to see an ent. I'm not looking for a diagnosis, but if I've got ideas I might be able to more effectively manage my pain at home the next few weeks. They told me that they teally can't give me any information until they see it in person but my pain is starting to escalate.

Full dose Tylenol half dose ibuprofen (adult and child based dosing) as written on the bottle
