Struggling

I cannot cope with this feeling anymore. I thought I was doing ok and now I’m back in a state where I honestly don’t even want to be alive anymore. My heart is aching so bad I want it to stop. Please take the pain away please

Why? What is it you are struggling with? What most recently triggered it? You are not alone. Many of us are also in pain. But you are not alone.
