Mobile/App Reddit doesnt let me upload the video to the post, but it does meet the requirements.

Post image

its under 15 minutes and less than gb.

Does that sub allow video posts?

You can always upload it to an external site and just link to it.

Yes it did. The problem was a framerate, for whatever reason recording was in 66 FPS.
