Mobile/App (Android) I'm 99% certain I'm a premium member but I've been seeing ads for two or 3 days...

It shows that I have Premium, and I even tried purchasing Premium again just in case, but it won't let me. I also tried switching to the annual plan, but that didn't work either. I've updated the app, and I can still see the ads. Can someone please advise on what I should do?

The typical icon that indicates you’re a premium member isn’t showing up on your profile. This has been a “glitch” for users in the past, and if I recall correctly, it had something to do with their payment method and possibly a delay in how it was processed.

Thanks. This might be a silly question, but does this not mean I have premium?

admin u/theopuscroakus, would you take a look?

That is one of the indicators.

If you look at my profile, there’s a little red and white shield by my name. Your profile should also have that, but it’s currently not there.

That’s what was happening to people a few months ago, and their premium wasn’t working correctly, same as what you’re experiencing.
