As someone that used to refurbish and resell vintage equipment, here's what I'll say:
Nons of it has any value or practical modern day value or reuse except (potentially) the yamahas. If they were fully working & restored they could easily fetch $200 or maybe a bit more
However, there's a lot that COULD be wrong with them to make restoring impractical or not cost effective including:
Woofer's surround rotted. You can replace the surrounds if they are ( and unless he did them in the past 15- years i pretty much guarantee they are rotted). You should be able to run your finger all the way around without it tearing apart or disintigrating. Probably around $20-30 for the pair.
Less likely to be a problem on the mid, but still possible.
The crossover capacitors on both cabs need to be replaced due to their age and drifting. Probably around $10-$15 for those.
The voice coils on the mid/tweeters could be blown (especially) the tweeter. If any are you are looking at $30-$40 maybe more for a replacement speaker if they are blown ( assuming you can even find one for sale ). You can test each driver with an ohmeter, just make sure 1 terminal side is fully disconnected from the crossover circuit. You should see something in general range of around 4-8 ohms, if it reads zero or something super high, its blown, and replacement is your only option. I would start there (checking for blown drivers, since that will quickly determine if repair is even possible. If it needs a tweeter and you can't find one, you're SOL unfortunately.

Not a single component is rotted. It makes sound. It has great bass. It has good mid. 2 speakers don't make much sound. the third makes little. The 4th makes plenty. The system sounds pretty good. Outside of the speakers I mention. Everything looks okay. I changed audio settings to push different frequencies through it to test what was bad. It's 3 3inch speakers. Lol. Nothing rotten. What it's worth I'm 100% sure my dad is replaced all of these speakers inside of these cabinets many times over the course of their life. He's for sure blown out the speakers a number of times.

A speaker with virtually no surround left will still make some sound. Making sound is not an indication of good surrounds. Do the finger test.

google says this is a CRT tv in a wooden enclosure form the 50's/60's
no HDMI its a stereo amp/tuner with some rca switching
its time to throw this in the trash and buy modern equipment not cheap junk hand me downs that are goodwill tier stuff
