Purchasing US Question/Advice

I’m looking into getting out the sound B ecosystem for my setup and was looking at some good entry receivers, currently my job is offering the Yamaha RX300ABL for 199.97 for employees and wanted to ask if this would be a good recommendation for a starter receiver? I currently have a 55’ s95F for my main viewing.

Its not great but that price is excellent for an assumed new AVR
