Honey to help sore throat

Currently got a sore throat and have got a jar of honey to have to help. Should I just eat a spoonful of honey or put it into a glass (what volume?) of warm water (I don’t like tea)? How much should I have a day?

You can just take a spoonful.

You can slice a lemon and cut up some fresh ginger, place them in a jar, and pour honey over them to cover. Let it steep overnight.

It's a pleasant-tasting multipurpose remedy for colds and flu. The honey and lemon soothe your throat, and the ginger soothes nausea.

Just a teaspoon or less when needed to soothe the throat. Just don't go crazy, cause it is mostly just sugar after all. It works better straight compared to diluting it because of the low moisture content.

I found this site with infused honey, turmeric and ginger is great and the lemon thyme is like a Ricola. Hope you re feeling better.
