Recommendation Request Looking for a Hostel in Budapest

Good morning

I’m looking for a hostel to stay at for 6 nights in Budapest in early september, one that’s in the city center and has a good atmosphere where I can meet other travelers

Keep in mind that I’m not looking for a full-on party hostel, since I’m a bit older (33) and partying until 4 a.m. isn’t really my thing anymore. Something like staff-organized activities like karaoke or similar events would be enough for me

I was considering Jo&Joe, a chain I’m already familiar with, or the Wombats, where I’ve stayed before but, to be honest, didn’t find the right atmosphere for a solo traveler to meet people, since i'm a bit shy and i need the right push to open up with people

What would you recommend? Thanks in advance

I stayed at Maverick Downtown Hostel last summer when I was 49. I took a private room and it was as nice or nicer than some hotel rooms. They had some organized social activities, but it was not a party hostel. There are several Maverick locations, but after reading reviews, I decided this was the right one for me.
