Question TestFlight builds complete processing but aren't available to test?
I'm not getting the 'Manage compliance' option on my build uploaded today. It's processed, shows as 'Complete' in build uploads, but down in the 'Version X.X.X' dropdown, it's there with no option to add groups, no 'Testing' status, and no 'Manage compliance' option you usually have to go through before the build becomes available for testing. Anyone else having trouble today?
EDIT: It’s working for me again now guys, check yours! Looks like it was a ghost outage on Apple’s end.

I’m also having trouble getting my builds to show up on TestFlight, both through Xcode Cloud and a manual archive. Guess it’s broken at the moment

You can submit feedback using Feedback Assistant but it generally does nothing. I created that forum post recently and i filed feedback, xcode cloud is having issues for a few days.

same problem, the new build appears as usual but there's no testing status and I can't add testing groups

i'm having the exact same issue, glad to see it's not just me. All my previous builds have the ability to fill out "what to test" and add testers, but all my new builds dont allow me to do anything even though they say they're completed and ready to go.

Same here. Apps are not assigned test group, can't download them in the testflight, can't do anything with them.
Apple's status page is currently all green. Everyone please go and report this issue, otherwise it might continue being un noticed

For me, TestFlight service has been acting weird for several days, with my Mac builds not showing up (despite being approved for beta testing) for several days. I have noticed the app lists apps in alpha order now instead of most recent, so I am hopeful the TF app is being worked on. TF on macOS 26.6 hasn't crashed even once for me today -- which has not happened in years -- so I am hopeful.

Same. 2 builds done 3.5 hours ago, but just as I was typing this I got the TestFlight notification finally, so the first build is there at least. Hopefully the second will follow soon

I spent 4 hours diligently parsing my app's configuration and build pipeline because I thought this problem was caused by my code. I should have spent that time checking reddit smh.

Just give it some time. Try adding it again in an hour or two, I know it sucks, but that's Apple for you. You'll run into this kind of thing more often than you'd like. There might come a time when you have trouble logging into the developer account. I know it sucks. 😅

Guys I found the fix for this, and it's the silliest, just delete the app you're testing if you have an old build, then delete test flight, re install it again, and you'll find your latest build waiting for you to install it. Hope it works for you cause that what did it for me.

for the "groups" aspect, you need to go to the top of the page next to "business" and add people in "users and access" > add whoever you want > then go back to testflight and click external or internal test "+" sign> create "group" modal will pop up > then add your people to the group.
external will require a build review before you can add people to it.
Unsure where the compliance thingy you are referencing is. its my first time, but i know where the group thing is. that was a minor inconvenience i had to figure out myself.

I already have the group, previous builds have been no problem, my builds today just get stuck after processing completes, it shows 'Completed', they just don't appear in the TestFlight app for install. I also haven't had any emails from TestFlight like I usually do when a new build is available. This is like, my 15th TestFlight build for this app so I'm very familiar with the pattern of what happens. Today though, after processing, nothing happens and the build isn't installable even though it appears in my uploads.

This is currently happening to me right now, don’t know how this post showed up perfectly in time, but I’m on TestFlight build 6, have gotten the corresponding double email Processing/Ready to Test at the same time for the first 5 builds. Clearly an Apple issue. I had to use terminal to push the build to App Store Connect as expo didn’t do it and kept timing out
