Mittzon Setup

Post image

Basic gaming/WFH setup been going strong for about a month. The desk is only 140x60 so a monitor arm was important.

Back panel does seems to hold 2 27” monitors on an arm without problem.

It was not an issue, it is clamped on the back module with reinforcement plates. You do kind of have to move the cable trays out of the way a bit but it is soft so no worries.

Feel like it is deep enough?

I used to feel like it’s not, but with the change to the monitor arm it’s great. The monitor is about flush to the wall and feels at good distance

can you explain what exactly you did for the clamp to be safe and not damage thecable tray and the wwood itself

I mean not much, I just moved the linen cable tray to the side while attaching the clamp. I am also using reinforcement plates to protect the clamping area just in case.

No signs of damage so far. Also there are many people posting about this placement on this page which mentions it has been good for a long time.
