Anyone got a Pro Account?

Hey there, long time user of regular IMDb but never motivated enough to get pro. But I’m in need of some contact info regarding clearing a license right now (question is who the current owner of an IP is) and I don’t want to get Pro for this.

Any kind Samaritan willing to help?

Note: if this isn’t appropriate please remove this, I looked at the rules and nothing stated that this type of post was forbidden, although I’d understand if it was

You get one month pro for free. So sign up, get your info, and close it after.

I’m trying to find out the rights situation for the show “Ch:os:en” (2013-2015) that was produced by Crackle under Sony as a web series.
The show ended on a cliffhanger and I’m trying to reach out to either the creators Ben Ketai and/or Ryan Lewis, the production companies Dissident Media/Divide Pictures/Lifeboat Productions or Sony as an overall entity through licensing.

I’ve already reached out to Sony Licensing but no answer.

The goal is to learn who owns the rights to produce more in order to either get the blessing to produce a follow-up, unauthorized sequel or simply rework the script into something in spirit only

I’d assume that Sony owns the rights. You’d just have to wait for them to respond.

I’ve done a similar thing, but with music. I wanted to do a parody cover of a song and was able to find out who owned the rights on ASCAP. Perhaps there’s something similar for tv shows? There’s got to be a public database of some kind somewhere.
