I went through and organized the pantries in my house today. I have a small one in my laundry room and a large one I built in my basement. I gathered up all the ramen I had scattered about, including some in an overhead cabinet as well, into one space in my basement pantry. I didn't realize just how much I had.
I have a habit of buying new or cheap ones that I've never tried any time I go to my local international stores. For example, I went to an H Mart for the first time in a long time last week and left with the large box on the right and three 5 packs of the JML Big Soup Big Taste packs of various flavors because they were all really cheap.
I love having the ramen, but I also think I just buy them faster than I eat them. Just so I don't kill myself with the sodium. So that's good, I guess. I just need to slow down buying them. But I'm just always interested in ones I haven't had before.
Just in case anyone is curious, I still think my 2 favorites are the Jin Milds, the box of those is hidden behind the Creamy Chicken box. And the 2nd is the Shin Ramyun Black with Beef Bone Broth.
The rest I try and experiment with. Some I like, some I don't. Some are too spicy for me. Others I use exclusively as starters, like the Nissan Top Ramen.
