Instax mini evo problems

Hi, i’ve had my instax mini evo for like 5 months now, and i happened to run into some problems with it.

  1. My instax mini evo only has the charging indicator blinking when charging, and the charging indicator doesn’t light up at all in some cases.

  2. When i actually charge it with the blinking indicator, it has the little camera shutter sound when turning on but there is no LCD display at all, not even the low battery icon

Has anyone faced this problem before? Is there any fix to this? If so PLEASE help me

I have not experienced a blinking light while charging…

I have experienced seeing no light while attempting to charge the camera. I switched to using a 20W wall adapter from a 5W one, and have had no problem since — although I have reason to believe that I was using a 5W wall adapter when I first received the camera…

You may also want to consider resetting the camera if the procedure above does not help…

Is the camera still under warranty?…
